RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

        Return Process:

        • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and provide the return address.
        • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

             

            Refund Options:

            • We offer refunds in the form of store credit or exchange. Cash refunds are not provided.
            • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you store credit equal to the amount paid for the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.
            • The store credit will be provided in the form of a unique discount code that can be used on our website during your next purchase.

              Exchange Process:

              • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support.
              • We will guide you through the exchange process, check the availability of the desired item, and provide further instructions for returning the original item.

                Damaged or Defective Items:

                • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, providing detailed information and photos of the issue.
                • We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item for a replacement or refund.

                  • Store credit issued for returns does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
